This started out as an overly ambitious Blender challenge but in the end I finished it in Maya. The hardest part of the model to make was the round thing at the top had to get used to Boolean controls after a time of not using it and that was a bit of a re-education but also cleaning up the mesh took a lot longer than I wanted it to but ultimately I am happy with the model.
